Job vacancy: Business Support Manager

Due to continued business growth and an internal promotion, Paul Clark Services Ltd is seeking to recruit a highly experienced Manager to join the business, working alongside the present team supporting PCS’s clients with a dynamic approach to CRM. Liaising with both client and engineering resource the manager will be responsible for Project and Resource management, supporting engineers to achieve high quality workmanship, productivity and a reliable engineering support service to our clients ensuring that health, safety and environmental policies and standards are always adhered to. This role will require a considerable amount of travel with the odd night away to achieve the required level of support our clients expect.

The applicant should possess excellent communication skills, be able to develop and maintain accurate records, produce details reports and analysis of work completed, carry out occurrence and incident investigations producing detailed synopsis with recommendations. You must be in possession of an appropriate engineering qualification, have worked in the bus and coach or Heavy vehicle industry for at least 5 years and be a member of the SOE/ IRTE or equivalent professional body and hold a full UK driving licence.
