Paul Clark Services Ltd is seeking to recruit a highly experienced workshop manager to take responsibility of a fleet of over 100 PCV buses and coaches based across two sites in Somerset (Bridgewater and Weston super Mare). The successful candidate must possess the necessary experience required to ensure that the fleet is maintained to the highest standards working closely with the operator at all times. Good communication skills are absolutely key across all levels of management, supervision and shop floor workers. You will also be responsible to ensure that the engineering resource is utilised appropriately ensuring quality, health, safety and environmental policies are adhered to at all times. You must also be in possession of an engineering qualification, have worked in either the bus and coach or HGV environment and be a corporate member of SOE/IRTE or equivalent body, and hold a full driving licence, and a PCV driving licence would be an advantage.
