Our first IRTEC Inspection Technician accreditation completed.

This week PCS undertook its first IRTEC Inspection Technician accreditation at our office and workshop facilities. The engineering candidate successfully passed his Inspection Technician accreditation. We will now be moving forward with our action plan to ensure new engineers undertake IRTEC and those already accredited take their IRTEC re-accreditation. Congratulations to Andy Batner passing his IRTEC Inspection Technician.

PCS has again successfully completed its annual surveillance audit conducted by ISOQAR over the past two days, confirming that the business is maintaining its high standards in line with all three accreditations Quality ISO9001, Environmental ISO14001 and Health & Safety ISO45001.

Our workshop facilities

Identifying a customer need for off-site workshops, we opened our own fully equipped workshop facilities 6 years ago. This has become well established, supporting local and national customers as well as our own research, development and training. We are well equipped to cater for any vehicle, large or small.

Volvo B9TL engine bay fire refurbishment

The fire suppression system helped prevent a total vehicle loss! The following photographs show the extent of the damage and the resultant effect following extensive repairs including replacement of the main and sub wiring looms.
